I thought built-in coffee systems were a joke. I really did. I figured these would be a prime example of manufacturers trying to capitalize on all this discretionary income being generated by cheaply accessed credit by creating a product that is a pure luxury at best. They’d slap something together quickly, push it out to cater to “new luxury” customers and voila, get hit with a ton of returns.
And you know what? I was wrong…especially in the case of Miele’s coffee system offerings. The CVA4075 was a big hit. And surprisingly, I didn’t have 1 return or complaint about it. Everything stuck.
So Miele has tweaked their winner a bit more and has now rolled out the next generation coffee system – the CVA4066. Here are details:
- Plumbed whole bean system
- Automatic prompts to add fresh water, milk and/or beans
- Refrigerated milk can be stored up to 12 hrs
- Dishwasher safe spout
- Spout height adjustable btw 2.5″ and 5.75″ inches.
- Stainless steel container that offers larger quantities
