Why do I have an Appliance Fetish?
Because major kitchen appliances are getting cooler and more complex each year. Gone are the days of grandma’s appliances. They are no longer commodities.
That said, there are so many of them and each year they are crammed with more and more technology….
…so they are getting to the point where they need to be demystified.
